Refund & Returns Policy

• If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or performance of your product, please contact us within 14 days and we will discuss a refund or replacement product.
• Returned items should be unused and must be in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, we will exchange the item.
• If an error has been made by Eco Organics with regards to an order, either invoicing or packing, we will gladly pay for return shipment.
• We shall provide you with a refund or replace products if:
  - Any defects become apparent with 12 months
  - Product is genuinely faulty and not damaged by the customer
• All returns must be sent to Eco Organics at the cost and risk of the sender.
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
• Replacement parts for the Eco Bokashi bucket/kit are available separately.
